Tree hill homes takes pride in the fact that we are a completely vertically integrated company. We own all of our own construction equipment and do not buy lots from other developers because we are the developer! From purchasing, platting, development of the land and finally the building of the homes we are vertically integrated. This allows tree hill homes to offer comparable product at superior pricing by cutting out the middle man and lowering overhead cost.
